I started writing this post thinking I would have nothing to update you on and then I actually received some paper work from Yummy Jobs! So on the 23rd of March I received mail from Yummy Jobs with my DBS form inside, they also included a page of how to fill it out and what to include or not include. The form seems daunting at first but all the information you need to fill in is your name, DOB, passport details, driver's license, national insurance number, your current address and past addresses over the last 5 years. That's it! I sent it back 2nd class recorded as they recommended. So the next time I expect to hear from them is for my Visa Appointment which won't be until September!
One of the girls I met all the way back during applications, we made it to pre-screens and final interviews together got onto the waitlist for merchandise and she got her offer email and has the same date! I'm so excited I can't believe we started talking way before applications opened and we're going to be heading out to Orlando! She's booked onto the same flight as Charlie and I and we have added her onto our hotel booking. I'm so grateful to have these girls to go through this process with!
Apart from that I have been planning my little trips away throughout the year, it basically feels like a leaving tour of the UK. I'm visiting family in Leeds in May, then heading to Liverpool to meet friends from the CRP, then I'm heading to Glasgow to stay with friends. I've got a friends wedding in July so I'm heading down to Edinburgh. I have 2 weeks off in August so I'm heading to Aberdeen and back to Glasgow for a big night out before I leave. I'll have to head to London for my Embassy appointment and then I'll be off!
I've been doing a movie countdown over on Instagram, I started watching a Disney movie every 10 days and then realised I wouldn't have enough days so I'm watching one every 5 days now and it is kind of making time go faster! What makes it feel so far away is the fact more people are now out there and more of the girls head out in a couple of weeks and they'll be half way through their program by the time I get out there!
