Epcot Festival of the Arts: The Culinary Arts



If you can't get enough of the seasonal events held at Epcot throughout the year, just wait! There is an all new festival coming to Epcot this year known as The Festival of the Arts, starting January 13th till February 20th held every Friday through to Monday is The Culinary Arts. The food at Epcot is a big part of what draws guests in to the park and this event will be no different. The main difference is that the food might be considered so intricate and beautiful you may debate eating it or admiring it.


The Culinary Arts will feature Food Studios located around World Showcase where you can try some of the most artisan food you will ever see. Guests can get an insight into the creation by watching chefs create some of the festival dishes.


Cuisine Classique

The stall known as Cuisine Classique serves hearty American style dishes such as:

  • Braised Beef Short Rib with Parsnip Puree, Broccolini, Baby Tomatoes and Aged Balsamic (pictured below)

  • Seared Red Snapper with braised Ratatouille and Lemon-Thyme Beurre Blanc (GF)

  • Port Wine Poached Pear, Vanilla Panna Cotta and Pistachio Crumbs (GF)

  • Artist Palette Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookie

  • Sierra Nevada Pale Ale

  • Bell’s Two Hearted American-style India Pale Ale

  • Duck Rabbit Milk Stout

  • Beer Braising Flight

  • Campo Viejo Rioja Reserva Art Series


Decadent Delights

If you want to see the desserts of your dreams then head to Decadent Delights which showcases food such as:

  • Crisp Caramel Chocolate Mousse Bar, Flavored Merengue Kisses and Passion Fruit Mousse

  • Dark Chocolate S’mores: Homemade Graham Cracker, Vanilla Kisses and White Chocolate “Fire”

  • Deconstructed Purple Sweet Potato Pie, Salted Caramel, Bourbon-soaked Cake and Marshmallow Whipped Cream (pictured below)

  • Artist Palette Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookie

  • Cherry Heering Liqueur

This stall may not have as much selection as the others but that doesn't stop it from being any less amazing, their selection of cuisine is:

  • Huarache: Flank Steak Guarache served with Black Beans, Salsa de Chile de Arbol, Frisee Lettuce, Queso Fresco, Red Cabbage, Shredded Carrots and Chipotle Mayo (pictured below)
