Top 10 Disney World Quick Service Restaurants!

Quick service restaurants are perfect for a getting a good quality quick bite to eat before heading back to all the attractions. I tried make the list as fair as possible but lets face it Hollywood Studios doesn't have great choice in food but there is something for everybody on this list. There are some restaurants on this list that I haven't actually eaten at but I couldn't leave them off the list because they get such rave reviews. I really enjoy trying out different quick service restaurants around the parks but I have never ventured to any of the hotels to eat so this list is purely made up of quick service restaurants in the parks.

#10 Wolfgang Puck Express

Park: Disney Springs

Price Range: $7 - $20

I know this is a favourite among Disney guests but I haven't eaten here yet! I had to include it on the list though because the menu looks incredible. There is such a large selection of food ranging in prices there is something for everybody. From pasta & pizza to sanwiches & salads it would be rather difficult to not find something you liked here.

#9 ABC Commissary

Park: Hollywood Studios

Price Range: $7.69 - $13.49

I have only included one quick service restaurant from Hollywood Studios as it is well known that Hollywood Studios does not have good choice when it comes to food. I chose ABC Commissary as it is one of the few quick service restaurants that are actually indoors and when it comes to Florida weather you don't want to be caught outside with food when the rain comes. It has good options such as Asian Salad, New York Strip Steak, Chicken Club, Chicken Nuggets and Angus Bacon Cheeseburger. It is designed to feel like a dining hall on the studio lots where ABC shows are filmed so it's a nice setting to eat your food.

#8 Katsura Grill

Park: Epcot

Price Range: $9 - $14

This was a surprise for me as I had never tried Japanese food but I really enjoyed Katsura Grill. Located in Epcot in the Japan Pavilion it offers choices from noodles to sushi and various meats done in Teriyaki. The restaurant however is rather small so finding seating can be a hassle. My favourite is the Chicken and Beef Teriyaki that comes with white rice and steamed vegetables, it's absolutely delicious.

#7 Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe

Park: Magic Kingdom

Price Range: $6.59 - $13.99

Every time I have visited Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe I have never been able to get seating, or if I have it's beside a trashcan or behind a door but there's a reason there's never any seating because it's so popular. Cosmic Ray's is the busiest quick service restaurant in Magic Kingdom but also has the best selection of food. It's great for those families where everyone has different taste in food, there are different Bay's for different kinds of food so you are spoiled for choice. So I do warn you you won't get a relaxing meal here so if you do fancy stopping here for food, be prepared to fight for a table.

#6 Harambe Market

Park: Animal Kingdom

Price Range: $9.49 - $13.49

I was always curious why I had never noticed Harambe Market before but it is a new addition to the Africa area in Animal Kingdom. It has four different quick service choices to choose from such as Grilled Chicken Skewer to Tikka Masala Chicken. The portions aren't that large but they are certainly tasty.

#5 Earl of Sandwich

Park: Disney Springs

Price Range: $6.49

No I have not eaten here either but I always wanted to! My family are very much into burgers and such so we always ended up somewhere else. I keep being told to eat here and it's always rated highly online so I couldn't leave it out. It is normally very busy and difficult to find a table but the sandwiches are supposed to be worth it. The Holiday Turkey sandwich with turkey gravy, cranberry sauce and stuffing is a popular choice among guests.

#4 Sunshine Seasons

Park: Epcot

Price Range: $8 - $13

I didn't even discover Sunshine Seasons until my last visit because I always just went into The Land to go on Soarin' and then just left I never knew there was a restaurant on the ground floor. There are great options from Asian food to rotisserie meat to vegetarian options and a bakery. The Asian counter offers dishes such as tofu, vegetable noodle bowls, Thai chicken. The bigger, meater meals from the rotisserie include grilled salmon, chicken and the sandwich counter features vegetable flatbread, ciabattas. Soup and salads are also available if those choices aren't enough for you. It even offers a Grab & Go for those wanting to eat on the way to their next attraction. It may appear to be just a simple food court but it's truly a hidden gem, my suggestion is the Mongolian Beef with Vegetable Fried Rice it's amazing.

#3 Be Our Guest

Park: Magic Kingdom

Price Range: $5.99 - $16.99

Now I wasn't going to put this so high up on the list since I personally have never eaten there but it gets such good reviews I couldn't leave it out. Be Our Guest is a unique mix of quick service and table service, during breakfast and lunch it serves as a quick service restaurant then for dinner is a table service restaurant. The reason I have not eaten here is purely because I haven't been able to get a table at lunch. Guests will wait hours just to eat here so really plan ahead if it's top of your list. It would be worth it purely for the atmosphere, it is a gorgeous setting with great looking food. You can choose from three rooms to eat in, the West Wing with the enchanted rose, the Ballroom where you can watch snow fall out of the window and the Rose Gallery that features a large music box with a dancing Belle and Beast.

#2 Yorkshire County Fish Shop

Park: Epcot

Price Range: $8.19

Yes I may be a bit biased on this one because i'm from Yorkshire BUT the chips here are better than any I have had from a chip shop at home, and that is saying something. Located next to the Rose & Crown Pub, the Yorkshire County Fish Shop does only have one entree but one is all it needs. Go full on British and grab a beer to wash it down while you look out over the World Showcase Lagoon. It is very popular among Epcot guests and always has a line of visitors but it is worth the wait.

#1 Flame Tree Barbeque

Park: Animal Kingdom

Price Range: $9 - $12

Although I have tried to include equal quick service restaurants from each park, Animal Kingdom I believe all the quick service restaurants are great. I may be a tad biased because it's my favourite park but if you try any Animal Kingdom food for yourself, it'll be hard to disagree with me. Flame Tree Barbeque is a favourite amoung Disney World regulars, everything smells delicious, the food taste delicious and it has truly unique seating with a great view of the water. It features all sorts on the menu from ribs, smoked chicken to BBQ beef sandwiches and serves great sides. Flame Tree Barbeque also is one of the few places that also sell alcohol so check out their limited selection of beer. So definitely head towards the colourful outdoor barbecue and make your way around the pavilions and the water features to find the perfect table over looking the lake in front of the Forbidden Mountain.
